1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Energy Trust Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, you (“the Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Energy Trust Group Ltd provides commercial energy procurement and consultancy services, including assisting clients in securing energy supply contracts through third-party energy suppliers.
2. Our Services
Energy Trust Group Ltd may provide the following services:
We act as an intermediary between the Client and energy suppliers and do not supply energy directly.
3. Supplier Contracts
All energy supply agreements are entered into directly between the Client and the chosen energy supplier.
Energy Trust Group Ltd:
The supplier’s own terms and conditions will apply to the energy contract.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

5. Commission and Fees
Energy Trust Group Ltd may receive commission from energy suppliers for arranging energy contracts.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client will not be charged direct consultancy fees.
6. Contract Acceptance
Once the Client agrees to an energy contract with a supplier, the agreement becomes legally binding between the Client and the supplier.

9. Data Protection
Energy Trust Group Ltd processes client information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Client information may be shared with energy suppliers solely for the purpose of obtaining quotations and arranging contracts.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time in writing.
Termination will not affect any energy contracts already agreed between the Client and a supplier.
11. Changes to Terms
Energy Trust Group Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
